Data and purposes
Forms may collect identity, contact, travel, party, preference, message and accessibility details to answer enquiries, check availability and prepare services. Reviews and newsletter data are used only for their stated consented purposes.
Providers and transfers
Configured hosting, Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare Turnstile and, when selected, Meta WhatsApp process only the data required for their service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Rate limits: 2 days; expired moderation tokens: 30 days; rejected reviews, delivery records and analytics: 90 days; unsubscribed newsletter rows: 30 days while a non-reversible opt-out hash remains; terminal consumer and B2B records: normally 24 months unless legally held.
Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or consent withdrawal. Identity verification is required and legal holds are reported.
Security
HTTPS, row-level access, MFA administration, validation, rate limits and mandatory anti-bot checks reduce risk. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Connected Facebook and Instagram accounts
When you choose to connect Facebook or Instagram to MAJO Infinity, the app may request only the permissions needed to identify managed Pages or professional Instagram accounts and publish content you approve. OAuth credentials are used only for the authorized connection; desktop platform tokens are stored encrypted locally and MAJO does not sell this data.
